All Apex Max products are print-on-demand items produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Production Time

Each item is made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order is shipped. During high-demand periods (e.g., limited drops, holidays), production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after production:

Canada: 5–10 business days
United States: 5–10 business days
International: 10–20 business days

These are estimates only. Apex Max is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping thresholds may apply — check the banner on our store for current promotions.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order using our Track Your Order page.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping rates.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Printful to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit.
