Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use the information below to check your delivery status.

How to Track

1. Check your shipping confirmation email for your tracking number.
2. Click the tracking link in the email, or visit the carrier's website directly and enter your tracking number.
3. For orders fulfilled by Printful, tracking is provided by the assigned carrier (e.g., Canada Post, USPS, DHL).

Estimated Delivery Times

• Canada: 7–17 business days (including production)
• United States: 7–17 business days (including production)
• International: 12–27 business days (including production)

Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent.

Haven't Received Your Tracking Email?

Check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, please contact us with your order number and we'll look into it for you.

Order Issues

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, or if your order appears stuck in transit, please reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date via our Contact page.
